There are known as Animation Library Program and Walt Disney Collectors Society Case.
It was a retail promotional display created around 1993 when Disney launched the Walt Disney Collectors Society (WDCS) and began distributing WDCC merchandise through authorized dealers.
Unlike the tall WDCC glass cabinets used for figurines, this one was designed to display books, brochures, and membership materials related to the WDCC program.
This display was used by WDCC dealers to present:
- WDCC Animation Library books
- WDCS membership binders
- WDCC catalogs and promotional materials
- sometimes a small sculpture or promotional object under the glass top
Most WDCC dealer cabinets and display fixtures from that period were produced by Magic Glass Showcases in San Francisco, a company that built retail displays for collectible programs.
