Work for the Walt Disney Classics Collection
Cliff Jackson contributed to the Walt Disney Classics Collection through both character sculptures and some of the collection's more elaborate three-dimensional environments. His work includes pieces inspired by Aladdin, Alice in Wonderland and Winnie the Pooh.
Among his notable WDCC creations is Oh Mighty Evil One, portraying Jafar from Aladdin. Released for WDAC members in 1998, the sculpture was part of the Villains Series and incorporated an unusual combination of materials.
Jackson also worked on the Enchanted Places collection, sculpting detailed environments such as A Tea Party in Wonderland and Pooh Bear's House, bringing complete animated settings into three-dimensional form.

A little story behind the artist
Cliff Jackson's Oh Mighty Evil One, portraying Jafar from Aladdin, stands out for its unusual combination of materials. Alongside porcelain, the sculpture incorporated bronze and hand-blown glass.
Even more unusually, Jafar's staff was embellished with a genuine red garnet, giving this 1998 Members Only release a particularly distinctive place in the WDCC Villains Series.
