Description
There was a special backstamped set of Mary Poppins available to Gold Circle Dealers and The Disney Store. The set included Mary Poppins, Bert, the Penguin Waiter and the Penguin Trio. All four sculptures were packaged together in one box and have a gold-painted backstamp featuring the year of the film and the phrase A Little Bit of Magic. The set includes all pieces except the Opening Title and Table and Chairs Accessory Items.
Originally the unique backstamps were supposed to be gold in color; however, the factory made an error and all backstamps on the 700 sets produced are green. The date (1964) and phrase still set them apart from normal production.
The sets made their debut at The Disney Store as part of a special art and collectibles event, February 8-18, 2001. WDCC Gold Circle Dealers introduced the sets in March.

Each Walt Disney Classics Collection sculpture bears a backstamp with Walt Disney's signature and production year mark. The marks symbolize major milestones in Disney history. A production mark represents the calender year during which the particular piece is made.
