This magnificent sculpture scene, of the prestigious Signature Series, captures the majestic artistry of Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty (1959).
It features ornate wood bases, the porcelain sculptures will not be attached to the wooden bases, they will be removable. This will permit collectors to display the pieces either with the bases or without.

Each Signature Series sculpture set comes with two signature cards. One will be signed by Mary Costa, the voice behind Sleeping Beauty and the other signed by sculptor, Kent Melton.

Maleficent: Aventurine stone staff, pewter hands and a black cubic zirconia ring.
King Stefan: Pewter right arm and ankles and a pink jewel (represents a broach clasp on his robes), located on his right shoulder (his pointing arm).
Fairies: Metal wands.
Royal Cradle: Pewter legs and a jeweled crown.

From day one, Kent Melton has been a sculptor for the Walt Disney Classics Collection and is regarded to be one of the most important sculptors for the collection. He tries to make his maquettes and sculptures capture the essence of the character.
