When removing cardboard - be careful of Tiger Lily's feather.
When removing foam behind Tiger Lily's back - again be careful of her feather.
Slowly remove the foam behind Hook's back taking it out away from the side of the sword. Be very careful of the tip of Smee's cap.
Slowly and carefully remove the foam under Hook's leg.
When removing the sculpture, be very careful where you place your hands and what you grab.
